GREEK PHYSIQUES!
Today we look at what was the reality behind the awesome size you see from ancient times. Did most of the populous look like this or just the alpha-sized men? The answer is a mix of both. Most Greek and Roman males would be looked upon as hot today, especially from the ages of 18 to 30. Especially if they had served in the armed forces. Remember, no processed foods, no cars (everyone walked), and fluids were mainly water. No sugary drinks to ruin the body. They also ate a lot of whole foods and veggies. Live like an ancient man to conquer the evils of modern living.
