TITIAN has six paintings on exhibit in Boston at the are now on display at the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum in Boston. It is the first time these works have been gathered together in over 400 years. If you find yourself in the area, please check out these works. They will go back to their original collections, after this time is over.
Titian is known as the genius from VENICE and had a unique way of applying color to his paintings. He was known as the “superstar” painter of The Renaissance and had an impressive client list of kings, queens, lords, bishops and even The Pope. This was a big deal during The Renaissance in Italy. His contributions still inspire us today. Take some time to see this wonderful exhibit.
