SmartHistory gives us a wonderful and informative video on the history behind the black saint, Saint Maurice. The video explores the proud history and the painting shows the views of Africans in Europe at this time. A history that hadn’t felt the impact of the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade. The video is very good and nice listen for a commute to work and learn some good history.
