ABOUT THE VIDEO:

Ready for to hit that back and biceps with a bodyweight only pull day?

Now you would think that back would be one body part you would need at least a pull-up bar to really hit but I will tell you that even without a single dumbbell you can stimulate your back enough to grow.

It has everything to do with how you work against your own bodyweight and I run through a few variations I found to really connect with the muscle.
